These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Taskr operations and team management platform, including our web and mobile applications (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Administrators are responsible for managing their organization’s users, roles, and permissions.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in violation of any law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service except as permitted by law; or
- upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.
3. Customer data
You retain all rights to the data you and your organization submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data and for having the necessary rights to submit it.
4. Subscriptions and fees
Access to paid features requires a subscription. Fees, billing frequency, and included usage are described in your order or plan. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.
5. Third-party integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party products (for example, Square). Your use of those products is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by Taskr and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taskr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
